Condenser input fluid is the output of turbines (steam and non condensable gas), operating at a constant pressure of 0,08 bar and an average temperature of 28<sup>o</sup>C. Evaluation of condenser performance is based on the temperature and flow rate (condenser entry fluid and cooled water flow rate) against the value of thermal efficiency and effectiveness. The highest effectiveness value of 79,4% occurred when the Q<sub>aktual </sub>value was 10,891<sup>o</sup>C, while the lowest effectiveness value of 78,2% occurred when the Q<sub>aktual</sub> value was 10,306<sup>o</sup>C. The highest condenser thermal efficiency occurred in week 4 at 52,3% with Q<sub>air</sub> 441,149,944.2 kJ/h. Q<sub>air</sub> value of 417.424.072,6 kJ/h resulted in a condenser thermal efficiency of 49,5% in the first week. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the risks that may occur and determine controls so that these risks can be minimized. The research was conducted on building construction projects on structural and architectural works. From the research there are 36 risks the level of priority 1 that causes the impact of death and permanent injury, priority level 2 as many as 20 risks that fall into the medium category, and priority level 3 as much as 26 risks that fall into the low and mild category. The main priority sequence of work that must be controlled is basement walls and floor plates, roof, wall, structural columns, reinforced concrete structures for foundations and floors, railing work, swimming pool structures, ceiling work, and door window. The purpose of the research’s is to analyze project’s cost and time performance based on earned value analysis. This research uses quantitative descriptive with earned value analysis. Based on analysis, from 1<sup>st</sup> to 8<sup>th</sup> month the value of Budgeted Cost Work Performance (BCWP) is above Budgeted Cost Work Schedule (BCWS) and ends at the same point in 9<sup>th</sup> month so it categorized run faster 6,52% of planned time and ends according to planned time. The Actual Cost Work Performance (ACWP) value is below the BCWP so the actual costs are less than planned costs, which is 21.14% of planned costs. Analysis of cost and time variance based on cumulative have a positive value (+), shows the work is run faster than planned and the costs are smaller than the budget. The aim of this research is to obtain natural inhibitors that are effective in inhibiting the corrosion rate. In this study, the sample used is stainless steel which is most often used in everyday life, namely SS (Stainless Steel)-304. Some of the organic or natural inhibitors used in this study is pandan leaves. The variables used were immersion time and temperature. Furthermore, the parameters studied were the corrosion rate of steel and the morphology of SS-304 steel using the SEM test. The PAMSIMAS program also facilitates and cleans proper sanitation, living, and healthy behavior. This study aims to provide an overview of the PAMSIMAS program's implementation in Lam Reh Village, Lambaro Sukon Village, and Lambaro Biluy Village in Aceh Besar District. The research also identifies factors of program sustainability and assesses the PAMSIMAS program in each village so that the facilities built by the PAMSIMAS program can be used properly.This study uses a quantitative approach using inductive methods. The data used are secondary data and primary data supported by interviews with actors related to the district and village PAMSIMAS program. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. This study's results indicate that Lam Reh and Lambaro Sukon Villages' belief is already in the Very Good category. Several variables, such as water sources, PHBS, community management, and facilities functioning, are more than 50%. However, for Lambaro Biluy Village, community management and functioning of the facilities were 44.4% and 0%, respectively, the drinking water facilities built by the PAMSIMAS program are no longer functioning.</p> Rizki Wahyuni B. Ciharuman Laundry) https://jurnalteknik.unjani.ac.id/index.php/jt/article/view/94 <p>CV. Ciharuman Laundry is a pants dyeing services industry. Company’s production process often defect produce. The consequences of the action defect product will have an impact on increasing production costs. One of dominant defect is not equal coloring for about 19,8%. The method used to reduce the percentage of defects is the six sigma concept (DMAIC). To find out the cause of the defect is analysis by using a casual diagram and FMEA conclusion the dominant cause is not right a compare coloring agent, water and temperature on the washing process, so improvements needed to the process with implementation of experiment <em>Taguchi</em>. Implementation stage of experiment divided into 3, that is first experiment which is actual condition of company right now, second experiment was done using <em>Taguchi</em> settings on an orthogonal array L8(27), and third experiment which was the result of confirmation experiment. The result of experiment obtained optimal settings for do the washing process temperature is 100°C, dose of the drug is 8 kilograms and the water ratio is 400 liters. This causes various problems at the dealer. Therefore, research needs to be done to overcome it. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions statistically analysis (F-test and t-test). The methods used are AHP and statistics. Based on the AHP data processing of the five alternatives that have a big influence on the decision to purchase a Honda BRV car are price and promotion. Based on the results of respondents to product quality, price, promotion, and purchasing decisions are high. Simultaneously the results of the F test state that the variables of product quality, price and promotion have an effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the partial test (T test), the quality of the product does not have a real influence on purchasing decisions. The price variable has a real influence on the Purchase Decision. The promotion variable has an influence on purchasing decisions. The development of this area will have an impact on the performance of the surrounding traffic. The purpose of this research is to analyze and predict the impact of traffic due to the development of the minapolitan area and provide recommendations for mitigation. Primary data collection is carried out through direct field surveys, including instantaneous speed surveys, inventory of sections and intersections, traffic volume, public transport and pedestrians and secondary data obtained from data from related agencies. The impact during the construction period is the mobilization of heavy equipment, the pull, and generation of worker activities, safety, and health issues. Meanwhile, during the operational period, namely the availability of parking space, pedestrian activity, geometric roads and entrance, and exit design as well as traffic safety and smoothness, the performance of sections and intersections, has increased from the existing stage, the construction period, the operational period to the next 5 years from the operational period. The simulation of the process of providing bored piles model, soils model, installation and tests (pile loading tests and direct shear tests) under different water cement ratio of mortar and various moisture content of clay were done. The results reveal that the higher water content of original clay the bigger friction resistance, α value as clay soil is softer and the optimum w/c-ratio (w/c = 0,4) provides more pile capacity. It is understandable that water plays an important role, contributes to the change of surrounding clay properties. It is featured with a GUI (Graphical Users Interface), to facilitate user interaction. The program is designed to calculate the composition of gas producer with 6 components involved, they are CH<sub>4</sub>, CO, CO<sub>2</sub>, H<sub>2</sub>, N<sub>2</sub>, and H<sub>2</sub>O. The design of computational algorithms for calculating non-stoichiometric thermochemical equilibrium models is converted into Python code. The GUI consists of input and output facilities in form of tables and graphs of calculation results. The input facility is designed in such a way that the user can vary the gasification temperature and the equivalent ratio. The calculation results of the simulation program are verified with the calculated data manually to ensure that there are no errors in the algorithm or writing program code. It is also compared with the experimental data from previous studies to see the accuracy of the thermodynamic model in predicting the composition of gas producer.
