However, based on previous research and cases, the area around the National Capital (IKN) has potentially soft soil problem. Field and laboratory investigations revealed that in the area around IKN there was soft soil as indicated by the results of the cone penetrometer tests which generally, have resistance values of less than 10 kg/cm2. Moreover, the investigation also shows the existence of swelling soil, land movement, liquefaction, and illitic soil with medium to medium activity. This research is a literature study using secondary data to propose techniques to overcome the potential of soft soils in IKN. Preloading method with Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) is a method that has been used in overcoming soft soils in several infrastructure developments in Kalimantan. However, the results of laboratory tests and field tests of several previous researchers have produced that conventional PVD material in the form of polymers can be replaced with natural fiber materials from jute and coconut fibers. It is more environmentally friendly and effective than conventional PVD. The use of this technique supports the vision of IKN development: Smart, Green, Beautiful, and Sustainable.
Benny Arianto Copyright (c) 2020 Benny Arianto http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnalteknik.unjani.ac.id/index.php/jt/article/view/146 Thu, 31 Dec 2020 00:00:00 +0000 Algoritma Incremental Conductance dan Perturbation Observation Sebagai Kendali MPPT PLTS 1000Wp https://jurnalteknik.unjani.ac.id/index.php/jt/article/view/151
Nowadays, electricity consumption in Indonesia still rising the future, as fuel cell energy reserves continue to decline, this has pushed people to switch to new and renewable energy which guarantees the availability of new electricity sources. A Photovoltaic system has been installed in the Electrical Engineering Laboratory with a capacity of 1 kWp. The PV system is proposed as a new source of electricity to support the electricity needs of laboratories other than PLN. This paper compares the modeling that has been done using the Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm namely Incremental Conductance (IC) and Perturbation & Observation (P&O) in Standard Test Condition (STC) of 1000 W/m2 and a temperature of 25˚C. The control simulation of the MPPT DC / DC Boost Converter is calibrated to satisfy the 220V/50 Hz PLN grid. The simulation results the MPPT control with the P&O algorithm has output power of 960 W and an efficiency of 99,9 % when using the IC process has 944 W and an efficiency of 98,7%. The P&O was selected to have optimum performance relative to the IC approach in the 1000 Wp PLTS system in the Electrical Engineering Laboratory.
Handoko Rusiana Iskandar, Yuda Bakti Zainal, Susanto Sambasri, M. These problems arose due to non-optimal land handling, especially about a sporadic land alteration from agricultural to residential areas on the upstream. One of the disastrous area is the northern Ujung Berung at Griya Winaya Resident. The drainage channel on this resident was originally an irrigation channel system which been changed without an appropriate technical justification. Therefore, the residents, with ±800 population or 300 household/Ha, struggled to deal with flood problems when they get rainfalls with an intensity more than 30 mm/hour. This research conducted at RT 05 RW 12 as the worst affected area, and used Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) software to determine flood routing by 1D St. Venant equation. Using a rainfall data from Cibiru rainfall station for 2005-2016 periods, the model successfully developed flood simulation at dense area with a narrow and winding channel. Moreover, the 10 (ten) years return period of annual flood can be managed with the increasing of drainage channel until 100 percent in dimension.
Dian Indrawati Subagyo, Mohammad Bagus Adityawan, Muhammad Rizki Purnama, Rono Hadinagoro Copyright (c) 2020 Dian Indrawati Subagyo, Mohammad Bagus Adityawan, Muhammad Rizki Purnama, Rono Hadinagoro http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnalteknik.unjani.ac.id/index.php/jt/article/view/131 Thu, 31 Dec 2020 00:00:00 +0000 Desain dan Realisasi Antena Mikrostrip Patch Rectangular Array dengan Slit pada Frekuensi 2620-2690 MHz untuk Aplikasi LTE https://jurnalteknik.unjani.ac.id/index.php/jt/article/view/232
LTE (Long Term Evolution) is a fourth generation wireless communication technology that is currently used by many people. To support the implementation of LTE, we need a reliable antenna and wide bandwidth. In recent years, the demand for compact antennas, low profile and broadband antennas has increased significantly. One type of antennas used is a microstrip antenna. Microstrip antennas can be made smaller by using miniaturization techniques, such as modifying antenna geometry using slots. Microstrip antenna with slots has potential to have a wide bandwidth and antenna array technique to increase gain which support the needs of LTE. Therefore, the aim ofthis research is the design and realization of 4 patch microstrip array antennas with slots for LTE application This antenna is obtained to work on the frequency band 2608 – 2701 MHz, bandwidth 93 MHz at 10 dB return loss and gain of 7,24 dB. This antenna obtained an increase in gain of 4,826 dB from single element and the antenna reduction of 0,12%.
Hanny Madiawati, Asep Barnas Simanjuntak Copyright (c) 2020 Hanny Madiawati, Asep Barnas Simanjuntak http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnalteknik.unjani.ac.id/index.php/jt/article/view/232 Thu, 31 Dec 2020 00:00:00 +0000 Implementasi RT/RW-Net Menggunakan Metode User dan Bandwidth Management https://jurnalteknik.unjani.ac.id/index.php/jt/article/view/305
In this paper RT / RW-Net has been designed and realized as a system to access the internet network. The system was built using the Mikrotik Router as an operating system, access point as a network distributor, and an omnidirectional antenna as transmitter and receiver of Wi-Fi signals. The user manager feature on the proxy plays a role in managing several functions such as bandwidth limitation and quota limitation. Quotas and grace periods can be made according to customer requests. The network is tested when the customer is connected to the RT / RW-Net hotspot automatically on the customer's device the RT / RW-Net page will appear to enter the username and password that has been given by the administrator. The system is tested by measuring the RSSI value (Receive Signal Strength Indicator) to determine signal quality based on applicable standards. Based on the test results, the lowest RSSI value is -65 dBm at a distance of 280m to the west with a note that there is no obstacle in the omnidirectional antenna to the customer's device. This system can also inform the remaining quota status and active period to the customer on the RT / RW-Net homepage.
Yuli Kurnia Ningsih, Yusuf Saeful Rochman, Nazmia Kurniawati Copyright (c) 2020 Yuli Kurnia Ningsih, Yusuf Saeful Rochman, Nazmia Kurniawati http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnalteknik.unjani.ac.id/index.php/jt/article/view/305 Thu, 31 Dec 2020 00:00:00 +0000 Isolasi Lignin dari Serbuk Grajen Kayu Jati (Tectona Grandis) dengan Metode Klasson https://jurnalteknik.unjani.ac.id/index.php/jt/article/view/158
Isolation of lignin from Jepara teak furniture waste is an effort to utilize this waste and to overcome environmental pollution. This condition is for economic reasons and maintenance purposes. In parallel process of a generator, requirements are needed, the frequency, voltage and phase sequence must be the same. For parallel processing, a device called a synchronoscope is needed. In this research, a three-phase synchronous generator synchronoscope simulator that works in parallel with the PLN source semi-automatic using an Arduino microcontroller is made. The synchronoscope simulator works semi-automatically because the voltage and frequency settings of the synchronous generator are not manual. To detect the synchronization parameters of a three-phase synchronous generator, sensors and controllers are made. The components are ZMPT101B voltage sensor, PC817 optocoupler frequency sensor, phase sequence sensor and Arduino Mega 2560. The purpose of this research is to design and create a three-phase generator synchronization simulator based on the Arduino microcontroller which can be synchronized with a maximum of 15 seconds with a measurement error below 5%. The result is that the maximum synchronization process time is 11 seconds and the measurement error is 4.5%.
Dedi Nono Suharno, Iwan Setiawan Copyright (c) 2020 Dedi Nono Suharno, Iwan Setiawan http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnalteknik.unjani.ac.id/index.php/jt/article/view/163 Thu, 31 Dec 2020 00:00:00 +0000
