Manuscript Types
Jurnal Teknik accepts three types of manuscripts. All types undergo the same double-blind peer review.

Original experimental, computational, analytical, or design research that produces new findings or engineering solutions. |

Survey Article (Hasil Survey) |
Original field survey, case study, or observational study with systematic data collection and analysis (e.g., traffic surveys, condition assessments, industrial case studies). |

Same as Research Article; the Method section must describe the survey design, sampling, and instruments |

Review Article (Review Makalah) |
A critical synthesis of the state of the art on a focused engineering topic that identifies trends, gaps, and future research directions. A simple list of previous studies is not accepted. |
10–12 pages; at least [40] references, mostly from the last 10 years |
Title, abstract, keywords, Introduction, review method (literature search strategy and selection criteria), thematic body sections, discussion of gaps and outlook, Conclusion, References |
The editors may reassign a manuscript to a more suitable type during initial screening, with notice to the authors.
